Why Full Spectrum

Engineered to Outperform

Every Full Spectrum Laser system is assembled and tested in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here is what separates our machines from the competition.

Explore Our Technology

+-0.03mm Positioning Accuracy

Our CO2 and fiber laser systems deliver cutting resolution down to 0.001 inches, holding consistent beam accuracy across the entire work area for intricate designs that other machines cannot reproduce.

20+ Material Types

Acrylic, Baltic birch plywood, anodized aluminum, leather, glass, rubber, fabric, and more. Dual CO2 and fiber configurations handle materials that single-source machines cannot touch.

45-Minute Setup Time

RetinaEngrave v3.0 ships preconfigured with 100+ material presets. First-time users run their initial job within 45 minutes of unboxing. Drag-and-drop SVG, DXF, PNG, and BMP files directly.

Assembled & Tested in the USA

Every unit goes through 500+ hours of burn-in testing at our Las Vegas facility before shipping. RECI CO2 tubes rated at 8,000+ hours. FDA CDRH compliant.

Community Voices

What Our Users Build

"We run three Muse 3D units in our makerspace. Students go from design file to finished cut in under 20 minutes. The autofocus handles warped plywood sheets that used to require manual shimming on our old machine."

Marcus T. Fabrication Lab Director, Community College

"I switched from a Chinese import to the Pro Series 36x24 two years ago. The difference in edge quality on 1/4-inch acrylic is immediately visible. My sign shop rejection rate dropped from about 8% to under 1%."

Rachel K. Owner, Custom Sign & Display Studio

"The RetinaEngrave software accepts my Illustrator SVGs without any conversion step. I engrave jewelry blanks in the morning and cut acrylic keychains in the afternoon. Switching materials takes about 30 seconds."

FAQ

Common Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from makers, shop owners, and educators evaluating laser systems.

Still Have Questions?

Our CO2 systems cut and engrave wood (plywood, MDF, solid hardwoods), acrylic (cast and extruded), leather, fabric, rubber, paper, cardboard, cork, and some plastics. They engrave (but do not cut) glass, stone, coated metals, and anodized aluminum. Our fiber laser modules cut and mark bare metals, stainless steel, and hard plastics. In total, users regularly work with 20+ distinct material types on a single machine.

Most first-time users complete their initial cut or engrave within 45 minutes of unboxing. RetinaEngrave v3.0 ships with 100+ material presets covering common wood, acrylic, and leather settings. You import SVG, DXF, PNG, or BMP files by dragging them into the software window. There is no proprietary file format to learn. Community tutorials and our support team are available for more advanced techniques like multi-pass cutting or raster-to-vector conversion.

The Muse series (Core, 3D) are desktop-format CO2 lasers in the 40-45W range with work areas up to 20" x 12". They are designed for home workshops, educational labs, and small-batch production. The Pro Series (36x24, 48x36) are cabinet-format machines rated at 90-120W with larger beds (up to 48" x 36") and pass-through slots for oversized materials. Pro Series units are built for commercial sign shops, manufacturing floors, and high-volume production environments where throughput matters.

All Full Spectrum Laser systems require exhaust ventilation to remove cutting fumes and particulates. The machines include a 4-inch exhaust port. Most users connect a 4-inch inline fan (sold separately or available from us) ducted to an exterior wall or window vent. For environments where exterior ducting is not possible, such as interior classrooms, we offer a compatible activated carbon filtration unit that recirculates filtered air back into the room. Ventilation setup typically takes 15-30 minutes.

Our RECI CO2 glass tubes are rated for 8,000+ hours of operation. At typical usage rates for a small production shop (4-6 hours per day, 5 days per week), that translates to roughly 5-7 years before a tube replacement is needed. Replacement tubes are available through our parts department and can be installed by the end user in approximately one hour with basic tools. We also offer preventive maintenance kits that include alignment tools and cleaning supplies to keep the optical path performing at specification throughout the tube's lifespan.
