Full Spectrum Laser LLC designs, manufactures, and sells CO2 and fiber laser cutting and engraving equipment, accessories, replacement parts, and related services. Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are error-free.
All orders placed through our website or sales team are subject to acceptance by Full Spectrum Laser LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payment is required in full before shipment unless credit terms have been established in writing.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Full Spectrum Laser LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Full Spectrum Laser products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as specified in the documentation included with each product. Warranty coverage varies by product line and component. Laser tubes, as consumable components, carry a separate warranty period from the machine chassis and electronics. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, or use of non-approved materials. Complete warranty terms are provided with each product purchase.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Customized or modified products may not be eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Full Spectrum Laser LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Laser equipment is inherently dangerous if operated improperly. Users are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided with the equipment.
All content on the Full Spectrum Laser website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software (including RetinaEngrave), and documentation, is the property of Full Spectrum Laser LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Full Spectrum Laser LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
