I've Handled 200+ Rush Orders. Here's My Opinion: Laser Cutting is the Efficiency Edge Shops Underestimate


I've handled 200+ rush orders in the past six years. Same-day turnarounds. Forty-eight-hour deadlines. Clients standing in my shop while we cut their rescue project. And here's the opinion I've earned from all of it: if you don't have a laser cutter in-house, you're fighting every rush order with one hand tied behind your back.

I know that sounds like a sales pitch. It's not. It's the conclusion I reached after years of watching our shop win and lose jobs based on speed, not skill.

The Speed Gap Between Outsourcing and In-House Laser Cutting
